We are working in NRHM as DEO since starting of the project in various places. We started with a small penny now it is growing. In several period we have taken training on our working system, where it is offline or online. Work load was not so too during the beginning. Periodically load has increased and till it is increasing. Compensation also increased. Though, In comparison to various aspects, like qualification, experience, work load, we are not getting that things, what we can get.

May be there are several problem to pay us appropriate compensation, financial security, job security. But we are also individual, have family and members, responsibility.

We are the force of established squad, can put our best to our job and we are giving so. To put a point in this duration, we are in lack of care in context of our health. We could not see any where a little care of our Eye, Back Bone and hand and including our mind restlessness. Not from the highest authority or not from the immediate boss. Often we are facing this kind of problem. The problems are come out from the basically of infrastructure, environment, lack of cooperation and sympathy about our health and work load.

The old CRT monitor, poor work room, bad seating facility, poorest communication system of work report upload on each online reporting, poorest roadways to communicate with home and office, insecure financial level, insecure in service and insecure future of working life.

We may expect a little bit care, how to overcome from those problem which we are facing regularly. Then we can get stability in our working life and out of it.

Employee's Job Performmence Tracking System

A proposal to NRHM and NIC to develop a smart, transparent software which will track job performing by its back office employee like DEO from the grass root level. Presently there is no system for properly track and trace to monitor the performance of DEO and no any system in others project also. This kind of software needed very urgently in India. There is no doubt that DEOs are giving their best. DEOs will be more motivated and perform more work when they will be informed by a smart, transparent and reliable software. This software size will be as small as possible within 5 MB and support to any type of OS Platform like Windows or Linux.

This software will have to be available on NIC site, install on PC and connected with project site like MCTS, IDSP, HMIS or NIC server. This software will have log in system with ID and Password of DEO. Every DEO will have their own log in ID by their name and Password provided by NIC with option to Reset the password periodically by DEO with strong criteria.

The software system have to be capable of taking snapshot of PC monitor automatically in every 15 minutes and store on the particular site. The software will have to capable to track and trace any offline and online work. The software will have the option to edit its time tracking records. And the software must have ON and OFF option. The software and attached site will keep the record for periodically, like, from 1st day of month to last day of month up to a record year.

NIC, for the information, to implement the software you need to develop and test firstly which is time consuming at the moment. So, the solution of its, this kind of software already exist. Now a days becomes more Horrible time which i had ever seen, People becomes more restless, aggressive, attacking in many event during the last few years. I think the time has come to think about it how to cope it. There is no medical treatment for this mass problem, it is not the problem for a single person, maximum of us who we are not behaving like that want to reduce this problem for the future perspective without any cost.
