We are working in NRHM as DEO since starting of the project
in various places. We started with a small penny now it is growing. In several period
we have taken training on our working system, where it is offline or online. Work
load was not so too during the beginning. Periodically load has increased and till
it is increasing. Compensation also increased. Though, In comparison to various
aspects, like qualification, experience, work load, we are not getting that
things, what we can get.
May be there are several problem to pay us appropriate compensation,
financial security, job security. But we are also individual, have family and
members, responsibility.
We are the force of established squad, can put our best to
our job and we are giving so. To put a point in this duration, we are in lack
of care in context of our health. We could not see any where a little care of
our Eye, Back Bone and hand and including our mind restlessness. Not from the highest
authority or not from the immediate boss. Often we are facing this kind of
problem. The problems are come out from the basically of infrastructure,
environment, lack of cooperation and sympathy about our health and work load.
The old CRT monitor, poor work room, bad seating facility,
poorest communication system of work report upload on each online reporting,
poorest roadways to communicate with home and office, insecure financial level,
insecure in service and insecure future of working life.
We may expect a little bit care, how to overcome from those
problem which we are facing regularly. Then we can get stability in our working
life and out of it.
