In the month of February, 2011 Bihar State Health Society, were given a advertisement for recruitment of various post in NRHM project, where Data Entry Operator will get Rs. 12500/- pm, where as in West Bengal given rupees 9370/- per month. Bengal cadres are minimum 4 years of old holding their post who are appointed first. Why not West Bengal cadre will get minimum of 13500/- rupees pm which is much expect able in the present most expensive market situation. This is must be a thinking matter for every one.
